Quantum Tech Staffing is looking for a IT Security Analyst for a contract position with one of our clients in Trenton, New Jersey.
The IT Security Analyst is responsible for developing and documenting information security policies and standards, in addition to planning, coordinating and implementing security measures for the NJ child support program and information systems.
Years of
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
Define best practice approaches to develop, implement, and maintain a security program to meet IRC 6103, NIST and federal Office of Child Support Security requirements.
Coordinate implementation of information security best practices, including, but not limited to, child support policies and procedures, data classification, system management and portal and desk top securities, and ancillary information security appliances. Participate in the maintenance or update of disaster recovery plans.
Perform risk assessments, and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
Required Skills:
Prior experience with Security planning for IT requirements
Prior experience creating and working within IT Security best practices
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with IRC 6103, NIST and federal Office of Child Support Security
IT security certification (CISA, CISSP)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
