Within this position you will:
Participate in all new client and/or new product implementations; prepare all documentation for client or company as it relates to the implementation or new product; ensure all information has been relayed to appropriate management and department staff.
Participate in client visits and conference calls; facilitate discussions, including agenda's and meeting minutes.
Represent department with full breadth of knowledge of each area, including system functionality, in order to:
Discuss procedures, answer questions and ask pertinent business questions to ensure full understanding of the client and their portfolio.
Address procedural differences in servicing.
Assist client in decision making process for future business needs.
Evaluate impact to company and address with appropriate management.
Document agreed upon procedures and obtain client, department manager and implementation manager sign-off.
Manage assigned project plan tasks and update the plan.
Ensure functional areas are fully prepared for converting and/or new loan portfolio; including, system configurations, vendor notifications, procedural changes, etc.
Ensure contractual and agreed upon service level agreements are shared with management and implemented.
Prepare any Statement of Works (SOWs).
Review and approve RESPA letters.
Support Implementation/Portfolio Transfer departments as it relates to department reporting needs, data mapping, gap analysis and trial reviews.
Prepare a 'lessons learn' document after each implementation to mitigate similar issues from reoccurring; share document with Implementation Manager.
Provide a hand-off document to Contact Center Manager/Service Leader at post conversion and/or new loans boarding.
Other duties as assigned.
To qualify, you must possess:
3 - 5 years mortgage banking experience
2 - 3 year customer service experience
Management or supervisory experience preferred
Extensive loan servicing experience with LPS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills; in both appearance and verbal presentation
Overtime and traveling are conditions of employment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
