Treasury Risk Analyst

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Treasury Risk Analyst located at our Ewing, NJ headquarters.
The Treasury/Risk Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of Treasury activities including cash and operating liquidity management and short-term debt management.
Utilize Treasury Work Station (TWS) for cash positioning and cash transaction inquiries
Monitor, review, analyze, calculate, direct and follow up with the operating bank to determine daily cash balances available for investment
Administer bank account and signatory management
Assist with the implementation of new banking services and products
Prepare daily cash flow projection and variance report
Maintain short-term debt tracker to monitor variable debt portfolio cost of funds
Recommend cash management strategies to improve working capital and reduce fees
Execute FX hedging transactions and maintain hedging documentation
Analyze bank account fees and banking activity to ensure optimal pricing
Provide analytical support for the ad hoc projects as assigned
Manage and maintain the Certificate of Insurance Program for third parties (i.e. customers, etc.)
Develop expertise in an on-line W/C program (STARS SE) to provide monthly and quarterly analysis of current and historical W/C claims.
Prepare and analyze a quarterly Workers Compensation reserve requirements using STARS SE for both C&D; and Cranbury/Dayton locations.
Prepare, analyze and maintain schedules for the Prepaid Insurance and the related P&L; accounts. Reconcile schedule to G/L.
Education and
Experience:
BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or economics.
CTP designation preferred but not required.
Two to five years of treasury related experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Highly organized and detail orientated.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of treasury and insurance industry practices preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
