Job DescriptionIn this role, the Director, B2B integrations will partner with our Cross-functional technology teams,business stakeholders, vendor partners, and professional services organizations to provide deep expertise inMulesoft and allied integration technologies to scale and re-imagine Healthcare with value-based care.
How you can make a difference:
Lead high-performing software engineers and architects in building, maintaining, and enhancing products in Healthcare IT.
Lead multi-disciplinary efforts encompassing technical architecture, software development, business strategy, and people management experience.
Participate and work effectively with Product Managers, technical leads, and engineers in a diverse and dynamically evolving environmentEnsure overall platform health and platform architecture level best practices across multidisciplinary efforts.
Build a program to proactively observe the platform including limits monitoring.
Subject matter expert on VillageMD data platform and Integration platform serving as subject matter expert on the VillageMD integration architecture.
Evangelize the capabilities of MuleSoft platform.
Be a trusted advisor with business and technology stakeholders.
Continually refine business acumen and establish domain/industry vertical expertise.
Handle Release Management and Release Pipeline for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Lead and participate in the development of the solution using Mulesoft and other technologies.
Interface with clients and prospects to convey and validate solutions architecture.
Collaborate with project team(s) on partner solution design.
Collaborate with other architects across the business to maintain platform health.
Liaise with Salesforce.
com and Salesforce.
com-certified service partners on solution development.
Define development and packaging methodology for Mule application development.
Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution and platform positioning and delivery.
Articulate technical strategy and project status to technical and non-technical audiences.
Defining integration strategies and methods and then planning them following established deadlines, best practices, and time schedules.
Creating and providing technical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals.
Lead the delivery of Technical Design documentation capturing MuleSoft functional and nonfunctional details utilizing Integrations design templates.
Expert in Integrations Patterns and Event driven architectureStrong working knowledge on REST, HTTP, Any point MQ, JSON, XMLApply best practices in API development by having comprehensive Error Handling strategy.

Display clear and effective verbal and written communication skills during interactions with clients and team members.
Strong knowledge of current trends in web development and/or network applications, including distributed platforms, SOA, SaaS (Software as a Service), and middleware.

Experience to drive change:
Bachelor s Degree requiredStrong working knowledge of Integration platforms10
years of working experience in software engineering and product development, preferably as an Engineering Director, Manager.

years experience leading application solution design efforts.

years experience contributing as a direct resource and managing others on enterprise software deployments.

years CRM application experience.
For Colorado Residents only:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $170,000 to $210,000.
At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
