Product Champion

The Product Owner is responsible for enabling the product vision and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of the development effort.
Product Leadership - Partner with Product Management to understand the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product.
- Collaborate to execute on the product strategy that incorporates the need for modernization, stability, and onboarding new users to the cross-cutting technology services (e.

- Remain in constant engagement with client partners and product management to ensure alignment and that needs are met.
- Provide continuous direction and support to product team to ensure success.
- Accountable for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Product Backlog across multiple teams.
- Accountable for partnering with release management to develop release plans.
- Responsible for prioritization of features, user stories, and other product backlog items.
- Responsible for the creation of user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria.
- Consider stakeholder interests and negotiate priorities.
- Collaborate with cross functional team including Solution Architects/Engineers to understand the architecture.
- Reviews and accepts completed user stories from the Agile Team.
- Ability to encourage an open exchange of information and viewpoints.

Agile Leadership - Participate and facilitate in Agile ceremonies with Agile Teams - Create and maintain product backlog of features and user stories - Run and own backlog refinement ceremony - Provide vision and direction to agile development team(s) and stakeholders throughout the product development process - Collaborates with team to define 'definition of done' and 'definition of ready' for product backlog items - Develops relationships with stakeholders and customers to enable feedback loop - Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint - Partner with Scrum Master across the teams to ensure overall team success - Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends Outcomes & Results - The Product Backlog is defined, refined, and ordered.

Knowledge & Experience - 6
years of technology Product Owner/Management experience, preferably with product delivery and/or working with banking and/or finance domains - 5
years of experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP) - 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience) Knowledge & Experience - 6

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
