Customer Care Representative

Township of Hamilton, NJ Township of Hamilton, NJ Full-time Full-time $21 - $24 an hour $21 - $24 an hour We are looking to add an additional member to our team, a Customer Service Representative, to serve as customer liaison for a portion of our Key Account Customers, such as Walmart/Target/CVS/etc.

We seek a master communicator:
someone capable of friendly and efficient communication on the phone, in person, and through writing, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
This position is the bridge between our services and our customers, and plays an integral role in our continued success.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
