As a Delivery Associate for Lasmile Logistics LLC, you will be on the front lines working directly with our customers and members of your community It will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are delivered on time at the right place.
Full-Time driver positions starting at $20.
75 hourly with Lasmile Logistics LLC @ 537 US 130 N Trenton, NJ 08691, Delivering packages for Amazon! Benefits include Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401k for all eligible employees.
No prior experience needed, but preferable.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
? Receive/process routing instructions ;successfully deliver packages timely ? Drive safely and perform pre- and post- route safety inspections on Company vehicle ? Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies ? Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions ? Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.
); get in and out of a delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations ? Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed ? Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, verifying information, contacting customers, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members ? Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle, deliver packages and record details ? Be a team player and step up when asked to participate in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Skills Requirements:
? Must be at least 21 years old and must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license ? Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory ? Authorized to work in the United States ? Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening ( not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) ? Must have a clean driving record (multiple violations on motor vehicle report can disqualify you from the position) ? Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills ? High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not mandatory ? Efficient time management and critical thinking required to safely navigate, maintain delivery pace, and proactively contact customers when appropriate ? Physical fitness is mandatory:
load and unload packages, lift up to 50lbs, get in and out of a delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at variable stops Initial and On the Job Training :
? Extensive initial training in the classroom,, and on road for safety, driving and delivery.
? Extended On the job training using videos, simulations and live situations to upskill employees in customer interaction, safe delivery, vehicle care and operations.
? Top performers may be offered at management's discretion upskilling and training path to DOT qualification.
