is looking for a Regional Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and work as the HR arm of our clients.
The right candidate will be willing to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients.
This is a very fast-paced business that requires a great leader.
This position will require traveling to our East Coast sites.
Expect to travel 60% of the time in various places located but not limited to New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Maryland.
Regional Recruiting Manager:
$60K-$70K Base per year
Monthly Commission eligibility.
1stYear earning potential $80K-$100K per year.
Regional Recruiting Manager Job Duties include:
Screening, interviewing, and hiring stellar talent for our clients.
Follow client requirements and perform necessary screening practices specific to our clients.
Utilizing job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent.
Working fast paced as a team/individually to get positions filled.
Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
Proficiently use and train our ATS system and other systems required.
Lead a recruiting team that is working at several different sites.
Meet monthly and quarterly growth requirements for the region.
Be able to problem solve situations for clients and candidates as they come.
Communicate and plan effectively with the Executive staff.

Qualifications:
Must have a can do attitude.
Must be able to LEAD by example.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent leadership experience required.
Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software.
Proficient with Office 365 Suite and especially Excel knowledge.
Ability to successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
Extensive experience working in a multi-site position.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
Must be able to commute 60%
of the time.
Must have experience with Avionte or other ATS/VMS System Must have experience using job board sites (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, etc.
) Must be authorized to work in the US.
