Working under the direction of a supervisor, they ensure that orders are confirmed and correct and handle shipping errors or returns of damaged merchandise.
The central supply clerk issues supplies to specific staff or departments and helps organize storage areas, place items in storage bins.
Medical Records responsibilites:
Starts new admissions charts / close discharge charts Provide nursing stations with proper chart and documentation forms Files & retrieve medical documents of in-house residents Scan labs, diagnostic reports, and other forms upon receipt Maintain resident records according to Federal, State, and Facility guidelines as specified by the Director of Nursing Complete all required documentation accurately and timely while maintaining confidentiality of all protected health information.
