Skype Job Description Desktop and End User Support for Trenton Office.
Note:
This position requires contractor to work onsite 5 days a week.
This is non-negotiable.
Provide Hardware / Software IT support to end users in Trenton office and to remote users.
Needs Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, basic networking, Samsung cell phone, network printer, and ticketing system experience.
This will require the physical ability to lift and move approx.
50 lbs.
Contractor must have the ability to travel if needed to other offices, and be flexible with schedules if needed.
Agency will train on specifics, Will however need basic IT end user and desktop support skills.
Hours are 8-4 Monday-Friday in the Trenton office unless asked to travel to another location (this will be rare if at all, but a requirement of job) 35 hours a week with 1 hour lunch.
Overtime is possible if approved.
