Summary:
Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and general knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors Uses plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings Repairs or replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets Paint structures and equipment Repairs or replaces concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles Hangs doors and installs door locks and replaces broken windowpanes Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent At least two years related experience required Experience working in an outdoor or indoor building environment Experience hanging doors, installing door locks, and replacing broken windowpanes preferred Able to understand verbal or written direction from lead, supervisor, or other craftsmen Physical Requirements:
Prolonged period of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands Occasional periods of prolonged exposure to load noises Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at times Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands as necessary Ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals Special Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation Apprenticeship for HVAC or Electrical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
