This opportunity is co-management position with shared responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
Responsible for day to day operations.
Ability to manage up to 125 associates, and department supervisors.
Experience within a tier 1 WMS environment.
Well organized, solution oriented, strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, goal setting, and follow-up skills.
Apparel industry experience preferred.
Associates degree or better is required.
