Job Description:
This position is responsible for implement organizational improvements, administration of programs to improve data acquisition and tracking efficiency, managing field personnel scheduling, and tracking finished reports.
Railroad or regulatory experience preferred.
Coordinates administrative or program activities.
Coordinates work involved in development, review, and implementation of internal policies operations, and work procedures.
Evaluates information gathered on problems and integrates relevant items in a systematic logical manner.
Prepares implementation of plans required taking into account training, scheduling, and communication problems.
Maintains awareness of problem areas, identifies root causes and deficiencies, and provides recommendations for improvement.
Plans and develops programs, work flows, and operational procedures to implement changes and targeted improvements in activities of operational units.
Experience required:
