Build and stage loads according to our outbound logs.
Provide direction and leadership to the shipping department team members; makes recommendations for manpower needs and selection process as well as employee terminations in the Shipping Department.
Monitor and track shipping performance.
Handling / Interacting with drivers.
Signing drivers out / printing BOL's.
Forklift certified.
Maintain machinery.
Promote a safe work environment and ensure that all employees in the shipping department are following all safety rules and regulations.
