Troubleshoots and resolves end-user technical problems in a timely manner.
Communicates with vendors to diagnose and remediate technical issues.
Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual departmental tasks.
Creates documentation of recurring processes, support procedures, and end-user guides.
Tracks software and hardware lifecycle, and version compatibility mapping.
Maintains software and hardware inventory, license usage tracking, and assists with renewals.
Participates as member of a project team to complete project tasks.
Configures, migrates, and terminates users by configuring system accounts.
Tests systems and features for problem remediation and upgrades.
Works as member of a team on annual regulatory initiatives, tests, and remediations.
Maintains and organizes hardware inventory, places orders for additional inventory and supplies as needed.
Maintains Core systems authorization tables, assigns roles and privileges as requested by the managers.
Handle month end reports generated from the Core System including sending files to third party vendors as scheduled.
On Boarding and Off Boarding of staff.
Prioritizes workload to ensure most critical issues are resolved first.
Also, completes work and assignments in a timely manner.
Performs other tasks, projects, and duties as the supervisor might assign from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree and 2 years of experience supporting a busy office environment or related certifications.
Certifications and experience can be substituted for formal training.
Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, good judgment, and Experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously, and prioritizing work to meet and or exceed established service levels.
This individual must be available for scheduling during Credit Union operating hours.
Staffing assignments are periodically adjusted to meet business needs.
This position could be transferred to another office in the same geographic region at any time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
