Must Live In/Nearby New Jersey To Qualify For Consideration
Responsibilities:
The Technical Service Help Desk Customer Support provide front-line telephone support for PerformCare associates and affiliates.
The Incumbent is responsible for receiving calls and processing emails concerning issues with the overall operation of all technology, including but not limited to personal computer hardware and peripherals, telephones, standard and supported applications and connectivity to remote systems.
Incoming calls and emails are logged and resolved, if possible or, if necessary, assigned to the appropriate team for resolution.
The Incumbent is responsible for documenting, in detail, all issues/service requests from clients including the call description, course of action taken to investigate the problem and the final problem resolution.
The function is typically performed during normal business hours but, requires flexible or off-hours support.
Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Associates in PC hardware/software obtained from technical training program or related certification(s) preferred.
1-3 years proven professional help desk experience.
Healthcare background preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, active listening aptitude, problem-solving gift and stellar customer service capability, required.
Ability to provide telephone and e-mail support for customers (internal and external) and troubleshoots technical issues, required.
Familiarity with active directory, password resets and proven EMR/EHR practice.
Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to accurately type at least 35wpm.
Remote to residents in New Jersey or nearby locality.
Required Shift:
Monday - Friday 9:
30am -6pm EST and 1 week a month rotation:
after-hours and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
