The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and other accounting tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing Backup( Paychex) Process accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices.
Maintain financial records and reports.
Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits.
Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes.
Perform data entry and filing tasks.
Ensure accuracy of financial documents.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
