Duties/
Responsibilities:
o New patient intake and orientationo Facilitates orientation groups with patientso Conducts group sessions for all patientso Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMAo Provides Case Managemento Documentation in patient medical recordRequirements:
o Must have one of the following:
LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSWo Mental Health license or certification, clean and activeo Minimum one-year experience in mental healtho Experience conducting group sessionso Flexibility and willingness are great attributesSchedule:
o Full Time; Monday - Fridayo 9:
00AM - 6:
00PMCompensation:
o Hourly rate competitive with experience and locationFull time employees may be eligible for the following:
