JLL's Tourism & Destination Advisory practice is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with relevant experience to join our firm as an Analyst in our consulting team.
The position is remote.
About the Tourism & Destination Advisory consulting practice at JLL:
Our growing global team of consultants works closely with clients in the public and private sector to support destination development, tourism strategic and master planning and create a viable path forward for a myriad of diverse and interesting projects.
Our team has developed global tools to model and forecast industry needs and potential outcomes.
We work with global institutions and represent clients making investments in the tourism and hospitality sector that will have lasting impacts.
Our work is industry leading and constantly pushing boundaries of where our industry could go.
This position will be a critical one to add capacity and be part of this team working globally to advise clients in the tourism and destination development space see a brighter way.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of project coordination for the tourism practice Work within various project management software platforms to keep track of project statuses Assist with coordination, writing, design, research and/or production of reports, presentations and all clients deliverables Support the creation and improvement of business development materials such as qualifications statements, case studies, client testimonials, and staff biographies.
Monitor key tourism trends, sales, indicators, performance statistics and related topics through tools such as STR, US Travel Association and other third party resources.
Perform the stated research functions based on secured scopes of work Assist with the maintenance of internal databases and firm's research initiatives.
Coordinate calls and scheduling for team member engagements across a variety of clients.
Utilize communication and project planning tools to synchronize tourism team efforts.
Contribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as needed.
Support and conduct primary research efforts in conjunction with the global team.
Qualifications:
Experience in tourism research, destination analysis, business writing, financial modelling, and/or administrative environment with strong writing and analytical background.
Team player with good team spirit and positive attitude.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented.
Well-organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to plan own work priorities and demonstrate initiative.
Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations Flexibility to adjust priorities in response to rapidly changing circumstances/deadlines.
Willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work to meet tight deadlines.
Strong client focus.
Maintain absolute confidentiality.
Proficiency in Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
Estimated compensation for this position is:
65,000.
00 - 70,000.
00 USD The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
