Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, calls and email - Manage office budgets and expenses (1 year experience with Quickbooks - Assist with human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding - Maintain accurate records and files and databases - detailed orientated - Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs - Ensure phone systems are properly functioning and handle phone etiquette Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage office operations - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Excellent clerical skills, including filing and record keeping - Ability to effectively manage vendors and maintain vendor relationships - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal As an Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing various administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for overseeing office operations, maintaining budgets, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and handling various clerical duties.
Additionally, you will assist with human resources tasks and vendor management.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, budgeting knowledge, clerical abilities, vendor management experience, phone system familiarity, and strong communication skills.
