We currently have 17 employees Employment Duties for Include:
-Material and Batch mixing and preparation -Operation of Manufacturing Machinery for Product Formation -Product Finishing and flashing removal prior to Drying -Product spray and hand glazing -Drier and Kiln loading and Unloading -Product Inspection and Packaging -Use of band saws, table saws, and surface grinders Previously acquired machine shop or ceramic manufacturing skills are helpful to learning employment duties.
Previously acquired skills in masonry, carpentry, pharmacutical or chemical batch operations are helpful to learning empoyment duties ,.
This is a 55 hour week position that is NOT temporary or seasonal.
Many of our employees have been with us for 10-25 years and almost all of our manufacturing employees work 55 plus hours per week Pay scale/evaluation for new employes:
-New employees will start at $20.
00 per hour, with 15 hours overtime per week.
In weeks where there is no vacation or holiday and no time missed, gross wages will be $1250.
00 per week at the starting rate of $20.
00/hour.
-New employees will be given quarterly reviews in their first year and semi-annual reviews in their second year.

-As new employees demonstrate improvement and growth in their productivity, quality, and process skills that approach to what an experienced employee has, they will be moved up gradually pay scale on their quarterly reviews toward reaching $25.

50 per week with 15 hours overtime per week in weeks where there is no vacation or holiday and no time is missed.
