One on One Care (RN/LPN) in our client's homes
-You Pick Your Schedule!
_- Work 8 or 12 hour shifts, but instead of in a facility with 30
patients, you go into a client's home and work your nursing shift._

Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Monmoth County office.
Requirements:
Valid RN or LPN License
Physical within one year
PPD or Chest X-Ray
MMR or Titers
Valid CPR certification
Valid Driver s License
Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one care in the home
Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
Following the plan of care
Following all clinical and office policies
