Senior Account Manager Overview: The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. This position is also expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for selling and supporting the firm's complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity, the Senior Account Manager's most important customer interactions are face-to-face meetings. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal.Responsibilities: - Management of sales cycle -- lead generation, forecasting and PO processing. - Consistent revenue delivery through lead identification, lead qualification and sales pipeline management. - Generate solution presentations, proposals and quotations. - Work closely with Manufacturer Partners to develop and close business. - Demonstrate and design UC and Telepresence solutions for current and prospective customers. - Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate integrity - Perform presentations and demonstrations in group settings as well as over video or audio calls. Qualifications: Education: - Must have basic Knowledge of Telepresence and videoconferencing solutions. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience: - 5 years experience in a sales environment - Proven ability to achieve sales quotas Technical Competencies:- Existing customer relationships in the territory. - Must understand the sales process - Must be experienced in consutative selling - High degree of
literacy (MS Office Suite, Outlook, SalesForce, web-based applications, etc.). - Solid understanding of Unified Communication and Telepresence solutions Personal Competencies:- Candidate should be self-starter and detailed oriented with great follow up skills. - Excellent telephone and communication skills. - Highly efficient, organized, and able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. - Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Responsible, dependable, flexible, and professional. Physical Requirements:- The employee may sit comfortably to perform most of the work while using hands and fingers on a keyboard or telephone; writing, reaching with hands and arms for books, materials and talking to and hearing callers. No unusual physical requirements are required to perform daily tasks. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
