During our intensive training program, candidate will develop comprehensive knowledge and skills for success in both the sales, research and selection functions of the technical professional and
executive
recruiting business. Participants will take a hands-on approach, learning the ins-and-outs of search and hiring operations.
Shall:
develop and refine leadership skills;
become schooled in human resource functions;
build technical competencies;
network with employees of all levels across a diverse selection of high-tech businesses;
be exposed to senior leadership; and
become a contributing member of a team
Requirements:
College graduate.
At least two years of business experience.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff.
