During our extensive training program, you will develop the comprehensive skills and knowledge to be successful in the business development, research, selection, hiring and training functions of the technical professional and recruiting business. We train our associates using a hands-on approach with one on one training, learning all aspects of the talent acquisition conculting business.
Shall:
Develop and refine leadership skills;
Become proficient in new and creative recruiting methods;
Network with employees of all levels across a diverse selection of high-tech businesses;
Be exposed to senior leadership; and
Become a contributing member of a team
