Achieve blood collection goals by applying recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques in an assigned territory.
Education: Baccalaureate degree required or Associates with additional 2 years of relevant experience or High School diploma with additional 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in sales, marketing or customer service in addition to the years experience in the education requirement.
Skills: Ability to perform Public speaking, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented, Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Valid Driver's License, Time Management Skills, Ability to Plan and Execute Events, Highly Organized. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule which may include evenings and weekends; some work may require off-site visit to accounts. Bi-lingual preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
