Foundation Academies is seeking a highly committed and talented Leader of Student Culture to join our Foundation Collegiate Academy family in Trenton, NJ. develop and coach all of our teachers through weekly observations and o3's (one-on-one meetings) with direct supervisors;
provide every team member with laptop and smartphone tech gear ;
ensure that all of our students study music and we are the first charter organization in the country partnered with an elite music school, The Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
We seek a highly committed and talented Leader of Student Culture to be part of our High School Team who:

ensures a safe and academically-focused environment and commits to data-driven character education;
sets a highly structured school environment by sweating the small stuff;
welcomes the opportunity to be constantly challenged to grow, learn and improve;
is a team player;
has a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
Candidates with two or more years of teaching experience preferred. NJ School Counselor certification is a plus.
Semifinalist candidates will be required to provide unofficial transcripts, evidence of certification/eligibility, and 5 professional references.
Hired candidates are responsible for the following: official transcripts, criminal clearance (fingerprinting), and medical clearance (TB/mantoux testing).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
