Automotive OEM's Senior Regional Sales Manager
Global Automotive Manufacturer is searching for a Senior Regional Sales Manager for its captive auto finance company to oversee all Regional sales activities in the New Jersey Region.
Will be responsible for directing all regional sales activities involving the Distribution, Market Representation, and Merchandising departments, as well as all sales support staff.
Must be able to reach objectives which include Aged Inventory levels, Port Installed Accessory objectives, District Sales Manager individual objectives, Regional Sales and Customer satisfaction objectives, and assigned Market Representation objectives.
Will be responsible to train, supervise, motivate and mentor the Sales Staff Managers, District Sales Managers and sales staff.
Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's desirable.
Must have ten years of experience in a manufacturer Sales Department including direct dealer contacts as well as five years of supervisory experience.
Salary starts at $120,000 plus vehicle.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
