The Challenge:
Source and identify quality candidates
Qualify candidate skills and experience
Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having in-depth knowledge of company, position, initiatives and business strategy of the organization
Complete candidate management including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates
Thoroughly prepare and debrief candidates through each stage of the interview process
Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques
The Skills:
Previous sales experience is desired, but not required
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on good listening and rapport building
Strong computer skills and an understanding of social media is desirable
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with good attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time (time management) and being able to prioritize tasks is important
