Responsibilities:
Work closely with external audit area and clients regarding any closing related audit requests; review and respond to audit materials in compliance with due date; work in conjunction with managers and Operations supervisors.
Review and analyze closing quality scores on daily/weekly/monthly basis; identify issues for training and coaching opportunities.
Conduct monthly call calibration sessions with clients; communicate results with management.
Ensure departments are adhering to quality expectations with regard to task completion, procedures, etc.; track results on master quality matrix.
Provide suggestions to management and team regarding areas of improvement or investor requirements.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Mortgage banking or financial institution experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Ability to facilitate training materials
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent problem resolution and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a professional and positive attitude
Flexible and dependable
