In this role, you will work to forecast and analyze labor demand plans for multiple sites across the node; ensuring candidates move through the recruiting cycle quickly enough to meet the needs of the business.
Also, owning and managing the candidate pipeline from the point of application to Day 1.
Successful candidates will be a strategic and analytical thinker who can see around corners and demonstrate a passion for process improvement.
Leaders are effective and motivating as they will have teams consisting of both people managers and specialists.
This role is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.
Our node teams support over 15,000 hires annually.
We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!The Role Manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand At the direction of the Optimization market leader, evolves and implements strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates Partners with local Operations and Finance management and workflow teams to optimize labor requirements Analyzes the talent pipeline by shift on the site, business line, and node levels by tracking application and contingent offers to goals based on site labor orders and current pipeline fall-out Monitors KPI benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs Generates and analyzes data/metrics across a wide range of systemsExpected Deliverables Monitor and positively impact cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs At the direction of the Optimization Market Leader, manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
