Vintage Thomasville French Provincial Dining Room Set - Made in USA This set belonged to my In-Laws, then to my wife and I. We are in the process of downsizing and have to cull some excess furniture. This set was probably purchased in the early 80's and as the photo shows, is in terrific shape. There are hardly any marks and some very minor scratches. You would be hard pressed to find this quality of furniture made today in the US. I believe the wood is either pecan or similar hardwood. The seats are cane backed and the chairs have been reupholstered about 15 yrs ago. The reason the set is in the condition its in, as it was only used on special occasions. This set is available for LOCAL PICKUP IN NEW JERSEY ONLY. It is conveniently located in our garage. The set has already been packed and legs removed for shipping, as it has been delivered to our new location Included: - Table - 7 side chairs and 1 arm chair - Custom made protective pad for table and leaf - Separate 19.5" leaf ( leaf has a straight grain, not parquet pattern on table, but is the original leaf.
